It was another wild night of storms and destructive winds , last night. The winds were so strong, I had difficulty driving along the freeway to lectures last night. More of the same is predicted today with bitterly cold temperatures.
It seems the scheduling issues which were going to mean a 2 week break from lectures have been sorted out and lectures will proceed as normal next Monday night. I don’t mind really, as I am enjoying the course and the camaraderie immensely but I will be pleased when the weather improves and I am not driving in such treacherous conditions.
My condolences Kelvin, a very dear friend and his family, on the sad passing of his father. Our thoughts are with you all, Kelvin.
