It’s a perfect spring morning here in Melbourne; the type of morning that makes you want to spring out of bed and make the most of each and every moment of it. Prue had a friend(who is absolutely charming) over last night and we had a lovely evening chatting and laughing about our quirky families! After she left, Prue wanted to check a new installation on our PC’s that she was concerned about and I went to bed.D had a night off from the reno. work and caught up on a few programs he had recorded. I encouraged him to have the night off and rest because he has been starting work very early this week. That and he is also stiff and sore after the mishap on the building site earlier in the week. Tonight, we will both get stuck into the bathroom and by Saturday, it should be up and running. Hallelujah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! On reflection, I wish I had kept a video diary of the project. It would have been hilarious.
Today, I am going to catch up on some work outdoors and cut back the Philodendron which have gone berserk. The cats enjoy hiding under there but it has got to the pint where they are completely obscuring access to the back yard from the laundry door and as lovely as they are, they are in desperate need of a good haircut.
My thoughts go out to Lita(http://poietes.wordpress.com/). I hope you are feeling better today and also to Glen (http://taureandreams.wordpress.com/), who wrote some lovely words about me in his latest post. 🙂
